The CM-2S1PRS232 PCI Express I/O adapter provides 2 high performance 16C950-type UART compatible serial ports as well as one IEEE 1284 SPP/EPP/ECP parallel port. It is designed for PC, thin client. or server to provide instant COM port expansion via the PCI Express Bus (PCIE).

This is a high performance PCI Express card that is a point to point, scalable serial bus architecture with speeds of 250Mbytes/sec to 4Gbytes/sec, and up to 8Gbytes/sec in the future.
