Using the USB Data Transfer Function

If using the USB 2.0 data ports of the charger, the Type-A to Micro-B data cable must be connected from the hub to the computer, once connected; the driver for the “Generic Hub” is installed and ready for use. If you require 2.4A (high current) charging for iPad, Tablet PC, Galaxy, Samsung, or other devices, 5 charging ports are dedicated to those devices with higher current.
